Once our certified specialist has verified that you have storm damage, they will document and show you the damage and instruct you to the next step. NOTE: never file a claim before having Midwest inspect your roof. After all, you may not have damage; and you don't want a claim on your record if it is not needed.

Call your insurance company to submit the claim. Within 48 hours your insurance adjuster is required by law to contact you about your claim.

After the claim has been processed, an adjuster from your insurance company will come out and verify the storm damage and write an estimate on their behalf.

Your insurance company will issue the first check for the repairs and now you are ready to get your new roof professionally installed by us.
NOTE: homeowners are to keep this check until the work has been completed. The only deposit we require is the deductible.

Now that our roofing team has completed the repairs we will send you and your insurance company an invoice for the work done. Now it is ok to release the first payment from the insurance company. Your insurance company will release a second check to you minus your deductible. This check is called the recoverable depreciation. Once you receive this payment you can forward it on to us. Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy the aesthetics of your new roof installed by Midwest Roofing and have the peace of mind of a quality installation.
